The story behind the flat fee.

I've spent my career inside dental office projects — equipment, financing, real estate, and the space and equipment budgets that tie them together — watching the same story repeat: a smart clinician surrounded by helpful people, every one of whom earns more when the project gets bigger.

The dealers aren't villains. The good ones genuinely like my clients — a doctor with a verified budget closes faster, changes orders less, and pays on time. But none of them can be your advocate, because none of them are paid to be.

So I built what I kept wishing my clients had: a flat-fee plan from someone with no line on the invoice. The model behind it — I call it Trust and Verify — turns your production, your market, and your debt capacity into one number you can defend in any room. A true line doesn't flatter and doesn't negotiate. It just shows you what's really there. That's the job.

How I work

Three rules I don't bend.

Paid by you alone

A published flat fee, scope set in writing before we start. No referral fees, commissions, or kickbacks from lenders, dealers, brokers, or contractors — in either direction.

Trust, then verify

Every number is checked against your production data and verified industry ranges, not one vendor's quote. Then it's stress-tested against the 1.25× debt-service coverage lenders expect.

Honest when it says wait

Sometimes the plan says build smaller, restructure, or not yet. That answer is part of the job, and you'll hear it plainly.

What I don't do: I don't sell equipment, construction, real estate, or loans, and I'm not a contractor, architect, broker, lender, attorney, or CPA. You keep your own team — the plan gives all of them the same verified numbers. Read the full six-phase process or the FAQ.

Everything I publish follows the same rules: cited sources, a clearly labeled planning model and no vendor money. See the editorial policy, the guides, the cost benchmarks behind the estimator, and the services and prices side by side.
